Orders will be canceled if not paid 3 days upon ordering.
All orders will be shipped from our headquarters located in the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna from Monday to Friday excluding Holidays.
Your order will be processed and shipped once payment has been received and confirmed.
Same day delivery
You may personally pick up your package or any delivery service (Grab/ Lalamove/ Angkas/ Mr. Speedy/ Toktok) may pick it up at our headquarters.
Delivery via courier

Wear Vida is not liable for any loss, damage, expense or delay that the package may incur.
Returns and exchanges are only allowed 7 days upon the receipt of the package given that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Wear Vida will gladly offer exchanges through gift certificates that are valid for a year if ever you are not satisfied with the product. Made-to-order, pre-ordered items, and items purchased using a discount are excluded for they are considered final sale. Please note, refunds will not be processed unless a garment is deemed faulty by the Wear Vida team. See our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
