Ordering

All orders made and processed online constitute an agreement to our policies below. Please carefully read before continuing with your purchase.

Discounts

Discounts through promotional codes are offered by Wear Vida at random. Discounts can be redeemed by entering the promotional code at checkout. Promotional codes are not redeemable in conjunction with another code or discount.

Delivery and Tracking Information

Wear Vida is not liable for any loss, damage, expense or delay that the package may incur during delivery. For orders shipped via GoGo Xpress, the tracking information will be sent to your given mobile number by our partnered courier. For orders shipped via LBC, the tracking information of your order will be emailed to you. All orders that will be picked up at our headquarters through any delivery service (Grab/ Lalamove/ Angkas/ Mr. Speedy/ Toktok), book your delivery with these details:

You may choose to personally pick up your order or have any delivery service (Grab/ Lalamove/ Angkas/ Mr. Speedy/ Toktok) pick it up for you at our headquarters.

Return & Refund Policy

Wear Vida highly values the satisfaction of our customers with their purchase. We assure that all pieces undergo sanitary measures and have passed quality control before processing every order. 

Returns will ONLY be accepted for pieces that are not pre-ordered, made-to-order, and are purchased using a discount for they are considered final sale. 

In the instance that you ordered the wrong size or  received a faulty/damaged item, please notify us within 7 days upon the receipt of the package. 

Please ensure the below conditions are met when returning your order.

• Items must be in original condition
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with labels still intact. 
• Items must be free from makeup, stains, or scents of any kind.

Note that we have the right to decline returns that do not fit the criteria above and that all shipping expenses for the returns and exchanges will be at the cost of the customer.

Refunds will not be processed unless a garment is deemed faulty by the Wear Vida team. If ever your order is incorrect (size or color) or you are not satisfied with the product, it may only be exchanged through gift certificates that will be valid for a year.
